    I never imagined that I would face such a serious illness at this stage of my life. When I was admitted to the local hospital on December 26th, 2024, with a painful condition called B/L Sacroiliitis, my family and I were filled with fear. The hospital had limited facilities, and with every passing day, the cost of treatment kept rising. We didn’t know what to do or where to turn.

    Just when we were losing hope, we heard about the Ayushman Bharat scheme through an awareness campaign by Uplift Live Foundation. That information changed everything for us. With their guidance, we quickly applied for the Ayushman Card. It allowed us to shift to a better hospital with the facilities I needed. I received the right treatment at the right time, and within just seven days, on January 1st, I was discharged, feeling much better and full of hope again.

    I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Government of India and the Uttar Pradesh Government for launching such a powerful scheme that truly reaches the people. And to Uplift Live Foundation — thank you for coming to our village and showing us the way when we needed it the most. Your campaign didn’t just inform us; it saved my life.

    “Mera naam Jahan Ara hai, main Khodna Kalan gaon se hoon aur meri umar 36 saal hai. Pehle mujhe sarkari yojnaon ke baare mein zyada jaankari nahi thi. Mujhe lagta tha inka kaam karwana bahut mushkil aur mehenga hota hai. Lekin jab mere gaon mein NPCL ke sahyog se Uplift Live Foundation nain Shashakt Abhiyan camp lagaya, tab sab kuch badal gaya.

    Camp ke through mera ABHA ID, E-Shram Card, PMJJBY, PMSBY, aur Family ID ban gaya. Agar ye camp na hota, toh mujhe ye sab banwane ke liye alag-alag jagah jana padta aur kaafi paise kharch hote. Par yahan sab kuch free aur aasani se ho gaya.

    Main dil se NPCL aur Uplift Live Foundation ke team ka shukriya karti hoon, jin logon ne hum jaise gaon ke logon tak ye suvidhayein pahunchayi. Aaj mujhe garv hota hai ki main bhi sarkari yojnaon se jud kar apne parivar ke liye kuch achha kar rahi hoon.”

    “Namaste, mera naam Rajesh Devi hai aur main Bulandkhera gaon se hoon. Hum jaise logon ke liye sarkaari kagaz banwana kisi pahad todne se kam nahi tha. Hamesha yahi darr rehta tha ki shahar jaana padega, agent paise mangenge aur dhakke khane padenge, isliye main kabhi himmat hi nahi juta paayi.

    Lekin jab gaon mein NPCL aur Uplift Live Foundation ne ‘Shashakt Abhiyan’ ka camp lagaya, toh kaam bahaut aasan hogya. Camp ke through mera ABHA ID, E-Shram Card, PMJJBY, PMSBY, aur Family ID ban gaya bilkul muft aur aasani se ban gaya. Main poori team ko dil se duayein deti hoon ki unhone humare ghar aa kar itni badi madad ki aur humein aage badhne ka hausla diya.”

    “Hum jaise yuvaon ko pata toh hota hai ki sarkari yojanaayein hain, par unka laabh kaise lein aur kahan apply karein, ye samajh nahi aata. NPCL ke camp mein aake aankhein khul gayin. Wahan volunteers ne na sirf mera Ayushman Card aur ABHA ID generate kiya taaki mera health record digital rahe, mujhe ilaaj ke liye sahayata mile, balki e-Shram card ke fayde samjha kar turant registration bhi karwaya.

    Sirf card hi nahi, unhone humein kai aur sarkari sevaon ke baare mein bhi bataya jo humare kaam aa sakti hain. Pehle choti-choti jaankari ke liye cyber cafe ya daftar ke chakkar katne padte the, par NPCL ne ye saari suvidha ek hi chhat ke neeche de di. Ab main confident mehsoos karta hoon ki main updated hoon.”

    “Is camp se na sirf mere paise bache, balki mann ko bada sukoon mila. Jis kaam ke liye bahar 500-600 rupaye kharch hote aur kayi chakkar lagane padte, wo yahan bilkul muft aur jhat-pat ho gaya. Na koi bhaag-daud, na koi dhakka-mukki, sab kuch bade aaram aur izzat se hua. Aise camp hum jaise aam logon ke liye sirf sahuliyat nahi, balki ek nayi ummeed lekar aate hain.

    Sabse achhi baat ye thi ki humein kisi ke saamne haath nahi failane pade, balki humein haq se humari cheezein mili. Main NPCL aur Uplift Live Foundation ka dil se dhanyawaad karta hoon ki unhone hum gareebon ki takleef samjhi. Bas yahi dua hai ki aise camp aage bhi lagte rahein taaki humare gaon ka koi bhi parivar in suvidhaon se vanchit na rahe.”

    “Mera naam Shivani hai, meri umar 16 saal hai. Main Dalelgarh gaon se hoon. Mere papa-mummy bhi zyada padhe-likhe nahi hain, toh unhe hamesha darr rehta tha ki kahin koi thag na le ya galat form na bhar jaaye. Isliye humare kayi zaroori kagaz bane hi nahi thay aur hum bas taal rahe thay.

    Camp mein didi-bhaiya ne pyaar aur sabr ke saath mujhe aur meri family ko sab samjhaya aur bataya ki kaun se documents zaroori hote hain. Pehli baar mujhe laga ki hum jaise logon ke liye bhi madad available hai. Dil se thank you bolti hoon poori team ko. Is camp ne mujhe aur mere parivaar ko bharosa aur himmat di.”

    “Mera naam Sonu hai, mai Khairpur gujjar me rehta hun. Private naukri mein hum jaise logon ko koi medical suvidha nahi milti, bas din-raat kaam karte hain. Hamesha darr laga rehta tha ki agar koi accident ya badi bimari ho gayi, toh saari savings chali jayegi aur parivaar sadak par aa jayega. NPCL ke camp mein aake mujhe Ayushman Bharat Yojana ke baare mein sahi jaankari mili aur bhaiya logon ne turant mera registration bhi kar diya.

    Ab jeb mein ye 5 lakh ka suraksha kawach (Ayushman card) hone se ek alag hi confidence aa gaya hai. Lagta hai ki agar bura waqt aaya toh hum akele nahi hain. NPCL ne humare gaon Khairpur Gujjar mein aake jo ye suvidha di hai, uske liye dil se thank you.”

    Mera naam Rampali hai, meri umar 74 saal hai. Main Chachula gaon se hoon. “Beta, is umar mein bimari se zyada darr ilaaj ke kharche se lagta hai. Mujhe toh pata bhi nahi tha ki sarkar hum buzurgon ke liye kya kar rahi hai. Par NPCL ke Social Protection Camp mein in bacchon ne meri bahut madad ki. Inhone bade pyaar se mujhe samjhaya aur yahin baithe-baithe mera Ayushman Card bana diya.

    Jab inhone mujhe mobile par mera card dikhaya, toh man ko bada sukoon mila. Ab mujhe pata hai ki agar kal ko koi badi bimari aayi, toh 5 lakh tak ka ilaaj muft hoga aur mujhe kisi par bojh nahi banna padega. Ghar baithe itni badi suvidha dene ke liye NPCL aur in sabhi volunteers ko mera dher saara aashirwad.”

    Being diagnosed with a bilateral ovarian mass was terrifying, not just for me, but for my entire family. I was admitted to a small hospital in our village on March 19th, 2025, and the doctors said I needed surgery right away. As the only earning member supporting my parents and siblings, and with my younger brother working as a farm labourer, we simply couldn’t imagine how we’d pay for the treatment.

    In the middle of this crisis, we heard about the Ayushman Bharat scheme from the Uplift Live Foundation’s awareness campaign in our village. That moment changed everything for us. We applied for the Ayushman Card, and to our immense relief, the scheme covered the full cost of my surgery. On March 24th, I was discharged, healthy and full of hope again.

    This wasn’t just a medical treatment; it was a lifeline. I truly believe that without this scheme and the awareness created by Uplift Live Foundation, I wouldn’t be here today, smiling and planning for the future.

    From the depths of my heart, I thank the Government of India, the Uttar Pradesh Government, and the Uplift Live Foundation for standing by us when we had nowhere else to turn. Your efforts didn’t just save my life — they gave my entire family a reason to hope again.

    My name is Radhe Shyam, and I am a 65-year-old tea vendor. Life has never been easy, but the past few years have been the toughest. I suffered serious illnesses that made even the simplest tasks feel impossible. The local hospital didn’t have the facilities to treat me, and the thought of going to a private hospital felt like a distant dream — something my family of five simply couldn’t afford. There were days when I thought I wouldn’t make it.

    But then, like a ray of light in the darkest hour, a team member from the Uplift Live Foundation came to our area. During their outreach program, they told us about the Ayushman Card, and for the first time, I saw a glimmer of hope. Thanks to the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh, I was admitted to a well-equipped hospital near my home. I received the treatment I had been desperately needing. The doctors cared for me with compassion; the support I received was beyond anything I had ever imagined.

    After a month of treatment, I was discharged on January 17th, 2025, alive, hopeful, and filled with gratitude. I don’t have big words, but I have a big heart full of thanks. I am deeply grateful to the Government of India, the Uttar Pradesh Government, the District Administration, the Health Department, and most of all, the Uplift Live Foundation. Without you, I don’t know where I’d be today.

    You gave me more than just medical care; you gave me the chance to live again. And for that, I will be thankful for the rest of my life. Thank you for standing by people like me when we need it the most.
