The Government of India offers a wide range of welfare schemes across financial inclusion, social security, health, and livelihoods. However, a significant gap persists between availability and actual utilization, especially among rural and underserved communities. The initiative covers 20 villages in Greater Noida, targeting 2,000 beneficiaries. Each beneficiary is supported to access at least five eligible schemes, based on their socio-economic profile.
This approach ensures holistic inclusion, enabling access to financial, social, and livelihood benefits while strengthening long-term resilience.
A digital dashboard enables real-time tracking, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and data-driven implementation.
The project will be implemented across a cluster of rural villages in the Gautam Buddha Nagar of Uttar Pradesh. The identified villages include:
Imaliyaka, Khodna Kala, Khodna Khurd, Kailashpur, Khodna Kakret, Bagpur, Girdharpur, Khedi, Dalelgarh, Kherpur, Gujjar Saini, Sunpura, Vedpura, Bhola Rawal, Kanarsi, Junedpur, Chachula, Bulandkhera, Talda, and Nawada.
The target audience for the project comprised residents of these 20 villages, with a focused objective to connect eligible individuals and households to various government welfare schemes. The initiative particularly aimed to support underserved and vulnerable populations by facilitating awareness, documentation, and access to benefits under social protection, financial inclusion, healthcare, and Insurance schemes.
The project established a defined target across the 20 villages in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh:
Each beneficiary was to be connected with a minimum of 05 eligible government welfare schemes.
This multi-scheme approach was designed to ensure comprehensive access to entitlements, enabling individuals to benefit from a range of services across social protection, health Scheme, Insurance Scheme, Pension Scheme, etc.
We brought the process directly to the people. Two camps per village, 20 villages – because if someone missed the first camp, they got a second chance. No eligible person would be left behind.
At every camp, the Uplift team reviewed documents on the spot, corrected errors, and enrolled each Person into at least five schemes matched to their socio-economic profile – covering financial support, livelihood access, and social security. A digital dashboard tracked every enrolment in real time, ensuring full transparency. The Uplift team showed up with patience and purpose – fixing documentation issues that had kept families excluded for years. And the villages showed up too. Residents mobilized their neighbor, spread the word, and built the trust that made hesitant beneficiaries step forward.
The community didn’t just receive this initiative. They owned it.
Structured community campaigns to educate citizens about available welfare schemes, their eligibility criteria, and the application process – in accessible, local language formats.
Dedicated ground teams assist individuals in identifying relevant schemes, completing applications, and navigating institutional processes – from enrolment to benefit receipt.
End-to-end assistance with document preparation and verification, removing the most common barrier preventing eligible citizens from accessing benefits they are entitled to.
A live beneficiary dashboard enables real-time tracking of enrolments, scheme linkages, and overall progress – ensuring transparency, accountability, and data-driven course correction.
