What We Do

The Government of India has introduced numerous public welfare schemes aimed at fostering the social, economic, and educational development of its citizens. However, challenges at the grassroots level often hinder the effective implementation and awareness of these schemes. Recognizing this gap, the Uplift Live Foundation developed the Sahyog Setu Portal a digital bridge that connects citizens with government initiatives more effectively. This platform is built to support the government's mission by ensuring that welfare benefits reach every individual, especially those in marginalized communities, with the cooperation of local administrations.

Developed by Unique Portal, the Uplift Live Foundation offers a user-friendly digital interface that simplifies access to a wide range of government schemes and services. The portal compiles verified information from the Central Government and all 28 States and 8 Union Territories, significantly enhancing operational efficiency, transparency, and public engagement.

The primary objective of the Sahyog Setu Portal is to empower citizens by helping them identify and understand the schemes most relevant to their individual needs. Whether it's financial aid, education, healthcare, or employment opportunities, the platform provides comprehensive, step-by-step guidance on how to access and apply for available benefits. In doing so, it not only spreads awareness but also strengthens last-mile delivery of welfare services—helping build a more informed, self-reliant, and equitable society.

Our Approach: Two Pathways to Reach Every Citizen

The Uplift Live Foundation operates through two effective modes to ensure that government welfare schemes reach every citizen, especially those who need them most:

Digital Self-Enrolment for Digitally Literate Users

For individuals who are digitally literate, the Foundation provides access to the Sahyog Setu Portal, where users can directly enroll, explore, and apply for relevant government schemes. The platform offers user-friendly navigation, step-by-step application guidance, and real-time updates empowering users to independently access the benefits they are entitled to.

Community Outreach and On-Ground Engagement

To support those with limited digital access or awareness, the Foundation conducts camps, door-to-door campaigns, school and college seminars, and community awareness drives. These on-ground initiatives are aimed at spreading information, offering one-on-one assistance, and helping citizens understand and apply for schemes with the help of trained volunteers and coordinators.
