PROGRAM - SAHYOG
Bridging the Gap Between Government Schemes and Citizens
We ensure last-mile access to social protection, financial inclusion, and welfare entitlements for India’s most marginalized communities.
Overview
Program Sahyog is a structured and institutionalized social protection facilitation initiative of Uplift Live Foundation, conceptualized to strengthen convergence between eligible citizens and welfare entitlements notified under various Central and State Government Schemes. As a suo-moto and self-funded flagship program, it operates through the Foundation’s internal corpus, ensuring operational autonomy, institutional accountability, and long-term sustainability. Recognizing that last-mile delivery is often constrained by information asymmetry, documentation gaps, procedural complexities, and digital access limitations, Program Sahyog adopts a systematic field-level facilitation model to bridge these barriers. Through structured outreach mechanisms and single-window support platforms, the initiative provides end-to-end assistance encompassing scheme identification, documentation readiness, eligibility verification, assisted digital application processing, and beneficiary tracking. With a focused Antyodaya approach, the program prioritizes vulnerable and marginalized households, thereby reinforcing inclusive coverage, procedural transparency, and effective realization of statutory social security entitlements at the grassroots level.
