Sahyog Setu Portal: A Digital Bridge for Citizen Empowerment
To scale our impact and enable self-access to welfare programs, we developed the Sahyog Setu Portal—a one-of-a-kind digital platform that simplifies the process of accessing government schemes across India.
Developed by Unique Portal in collaboration with the Uplift Live Foundation, Sahyog Setu compiles verified and updated data on welfare programs from the Central Government, all 28 states, and 8 union territories. It offers:
A user-friendly interface in multiple languages
Step-by-step guidance for identifying and applying to schemes
A repository of schemes across domains like healthcare, education, financial aid, housing, and more
Tools for community outreach and assisted enrollment
Whether it’s a widow looking for pension assistance, a laborer seeking health coverage, or a student in need of a scholarship—Sahyog Setu puts the right information in the hands of the people.
From Awareness to Access: The Last Mile Is Our First Priority
With the Sahyog Setu Portal and on-ground outreach, Uplift Live Foundation is not only increasing awareness but also enabling action. Our teams assist citizens with documentation, digital enrollment, and grievance resolution. We’ve organised camps in states like Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Delhi, and have linked over 50,000 individuals to critical government benefits.
Beyond digital tools, we continue to provide offline support through community help desks, door-to-door campaigns, and partnerships with grassroots organisations.
