The training left a significant impact on the attendees. Many participants expressed renewed enthusiasm for turning their skills into income-generating ventures. With better awareness of business tools and a clear path forward, these women are now more empowered to contribute to their family income and take on leadership roles in their communities.
The Pickle Making Livelihood Program was a successful step in the foundation’s ongoing mission to demand-based support rural communities through practical, skill-based training. We aim to provide continued mentoring and follow-up support to these participants and organize advanced-level sessions in the future. Plans are also underway to replicate this model in other regions to reach more women with similar potential.
