Objective of the Training

The primary objective of the workshop was to empower community members, especially women, with the knowledge and skills required to form and manage Self-Help Groups (SHGs). The training aimed to build awareness about the benefits of SHGs, promote financial inclusion, and foster collective decision-making and self-reliance among participants. Through five structured, hands-on sessions, the program equipped individuals to become active drivers of change in their homes and communities.
