"I never imagined that I would face such a serious illness at this stage of my life. When I was admitted to the local hospital on December 26th, 2024, with a painful condition called B/L Sacroiliitis, my family and I were filled with fear. The hospital had limited facilities, and with every passing day, the cost of treatment kept rising. We didn’t know what to do or where to turn.

Just when we were losing hope, we heard about the Ayushman Bharat scheme through an awareness campaign by Uplift Live Foundation. That information changed everything for us. With their guidance, we quickly applied for the Ayushman Card. It allowed us to shift to a better hospital with the facilities I needed. I received the right treatment at the right time, and within just seven days, on January 1st, I was discharged, feeling much better and full of hope again.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Government of India and the Uttar Pradesh Government for launching such a powerful scheme that truly reaches the people.
