Objective of the Training
The objective of this one-day Digital Literacy Training Program is to equip participants - particularly first-time or limited digital users—with the essential knowledge and practical skills to confidently operate digital devices, access the internet, use smartphone applications, perform secure digital financial transactions, and avail government services online. Through structured, hands-on sessions, the program also aims to promote awareness about cyber safety and responsible digital behavior, ultimately empowering individuals to become self-reliant, digitally connected, and better prepared for everyday tasks in a technology-driven world.

Future programs can also include deeper digital skills like job search platforms, e-commerce, digital health tools, and online form filling. With continued guidance, this newly literate group can become digital champions in their homes, workplaces, and communities.
