Conclusion & Way Forward

The one-day SHG Formation Training Program conducted by Uplift Live Foundation in South Delhi successfully laid the foundation for community-led development through awareness, capacity building, and empowerment. The active participation and positive response from the attendees highlighted a strong interest in forming and managing Self-Help Groups to improve their economic and social well-being.

Moving forward, Uplift Live Foundation aims to provide continued handholding support to newly formed SHGs, including guidance on group legal compliance, access to microcredit, and integration with government schemes. Follow-up sessions will focus on advanced training in enterprise development, digital financial literacy, and market linkage support. By nurturing these groups over time, we envision building resilient, self-reliant communities led by informed and capable individuals especially women who can drive sustainable change from within.
